RFI-Test Bank Software

The vendor is required to provide that test bank software is currently investigating the possible transition to a new learning management system.
-The key features needed from the software would include:
•Assessment creation:
oIntuitive tools for creating a variety of question types, including multiple choice, drag-and-drop, essays, and more.
oSupport for multimedia-enhanced questions, enabling rich and engaging assessments.
oMeta-tagging capabilities: Allows questions to be tagged with relevant keywords, categories, or metadata for easy organization, searchability, and alignment with learning objectives.
oVersion control: Tracks changes to questions over time, ensuring transparency and allowing users to revert to earlier versions as needed.
•Delivery flexibility:
oSupports delivery across multiple devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
oOffers secure testing environments with proctoring options to prevent cheating and ensure test integrity.
•Analytics and reporting:
oProvides in-depth analytics for tracking learner performance, identifying knowledge gaps, and improving decision-making.
oCompliance-ready reporting features for auditing and regulatory requirements
•Integration and scalability:
oIntegrates seamlessly with learning management systems like blackboard, model, and canvas.
oScalable architecture, making it suitable for small teams to large organizations.

-Respondents are requested to submit a response, containing at a minimum, the following information:
•Brief history of the company, highlighting previous implementations of a similar nature
•Overview of the software system(s) including a list of its features and functionality from a technical and non-technical perspective.
•Compliance with freedom of information and protection of privacy, general data protection regulation and any other specific legislation and guidelines that are applicable
•Company’s process for data security, which includes data storage, data encryption, system backup and restore methodologies, etc.;
•Software support and maintenance services available;
•Implementation strategies, training materials and support;
•Estimated budgetary pricing for the software system(s) including one time and any on-going costs that would occur;
•Highlight the competitive advantages your product has in the marketplace compared to your common competitors: and
•Any other information that would be useful in agency assessing the value and efficiencies that could be gained by using the software system.
