•Provisions for spare parts, service, and labor including estimated lead-times to avoid potential service disruptions.
•Pricing must be included on the cost proposal for optional longer warranty periods.
-Availability targets
•Required uptime requirement of 99.9%
•System shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week;
-Acceptance testing plan: Prior to implementation, the awarded contractor shall submit an acceptance testing plan that define testing and acceptance. the plan shall be submitted to startran for approval.
-The plan shall:
•Each testable specification requirement demonstrated, including the testing methodology;
•The role and responsibility of the contractor and startran during each test.
-Its sole discretion, shall grant system acceptance once it deems that all of the required work of the project is complete, and the following conditions have been met:
•Contractor, in sole determination, has substantially passed and has been given conditional approval of the operational test; and
•A punch list of items not yet in compliance has been delivered by the contractor and has been verified by startran and approved as being complete.
-The purpose of the operational test is to ensure that the system, as installed, works properly as a fully integrated system.
