- LMS is one of the most critical teaching and learning technologies at the agency; it is vital for all our courses including face-to-face, online, blended, and hyflex.
- LMS solution that enhances teaching and learning experiences, supports a diverse range of users, and aligns with our institutional goals for academic excellence and digital transformation.
- Learning Management System includes:
• User-Centric Design: the LMS should be intuitive, with a focus on both faculty and student engagement, and be easily customizable to meet specific needs.
• Integration: the platform must integrate seamlessly with the university existing systems, including student information systems (SIS), email, authentication systems, and other relevant tools.
• Scalability and flexibility: the LMS should support a growing and diverse user base, accommodating both on-campus and remote learning environments.
• Accessibility: the LMS must adhere to accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity for all students, including those with disabilities.
• Quiz and assessment accommodations: the LMS must be able to support individual student accommodations for quizzes and assignments.
• Data security and privacy: the platform should comply with relevant data protection regulations and provide secure data storage and management practices.
• Support and training: the selected LMS should come with comprehensive support options to ensure smooth implementation and transition from our current LMS.
