The Vendor is required to provide to facilitate the design and implementation of a flex era software asset management solution to provide information technology (it) visibility for the entire it estate, and it asset management tool and app broker/app portal, and a cloud cost optimization solution.
- The solution will reduce risk and drive strategic technology decisions on IT assets and technology spend on software license utilization, desktop, application, and data center software, Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS), providing insight into utilized vs. unused license count when compared to entitlement for cost utilization and optimization analysis to will help with budget planning and ensures compliance with licensing and audit requirements.
