The Vendor is required to provide to implement a comprehensive ergonomic program aimed at enhancing workplace safety, improving employee well-being, and promoting productivity through ergonomically sound work practices.

• Hosting for office ergonomics software on application service provider servers including maintenance, support, upgrades, testing, scalability, performance, reliability & security

- Certified ergonomic evaluations
• Conduct preventative, workers' compensation, and American's with disabilities act (ADA) ergonomic evaluations to identify injury risk factors and recommend custom solutions to prevent and mitigate injury, accommodate disability, and facilitate a smooth transition back to work for injured employees
1. Perform evaluations at employee's primary workstation
2. Analyze employee job duties and workflow
3. Recommend customized behavioral changes and equipment solutions based on the county's catalog and approved vendors, including training on proper ergonomic technique, special equipment, and body mechanics
4. Complete chair fittings as needed
5. Submit written report within 7 days of evaluation
6. Schedule a follow-up appointment once all recommended equipment has been received by end user
7. Weekly case logging, tracking, and reporting
• Dedicated workers' compensation and Americans with disabilities act pathways to reduce bottleneck
• Comprehensive case management, including receiving referrals, scheduling appointments within 5 days of referral, weekly case logging, tracking, and reporting through county office ergonomics software, monthly invoice bundling, and strategic and technical support
- Ergonomic training program
• On-demand (compatible with county's learning management system [sharable content object reference model]) and/ or live, virtual and/ or in-person office & industrial ergonomics training for individual employees
• Live, virtual and/ or in-person office & industrial ergonomics assessment training for departmental coordinators
1. Training to perform basic in-house evaluations for low-risk cases.
- Program marketing
• Accessible county branded assets to advertise programming to employees at every level and educate on available resources, processes, workflows, and goals.
