The vendor is required to provide a centralized financial and athletic event management platform.
- Utilize a centralized platform for payment of athletic event personnel, managing financial data, ensuring compliance, streamlining communication, and onboarding and reporting.
- Payment of athletic event personnel
• Timely payment of all athletic personnel upon proper verification of assignment & attendance.
• Ability to communicate directly with various officiating chapters across the state to receive necessary payment communications.
- Financial data management:
• Unified platform to organize and access all financial data, including pay sheets and invoices.
• Provide secure easy access for users to view and track their financial data in real time.
- Compliance:
• Implement systems that ensure compliance with 1099 tax regulations.
• Generate and distribute 1099 forms automatically for eligible officials.
• Ability to verify the eligibility of personnel and ensure they meet necessary requirements for participation.
• Background checks - ensuring all personnel are properly background checked
- Communication & onboarding:
• Provide an easy-to-use communication tool for users to communicate with one another, access training materials, and publish relevant content.
• Easy to use onboarding process for new users and provide an intuitive interface for updating existing user information.
• Allow officials to create their accounts instantly on the platform.
• Enable fast fund deposits via an integrated app, ensuring officials receive payments in seconds.
- Reporting and payment monitoring:
• Robust reporting available capturing all data points with a focus of individual payments & 1099 status.
• Individual reports available for end users.
