The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive software solution for key functions of operation in university housing.
- As housing has progressed and grown as a department, we have added other modules and systems to give residents an interactive housing portal for applications, work orders and communication with our housing department.
- These items include, but are not limited to; online application portal, occupancy management features, work order/maintenance and housekeeping system, student employment portal, conference portal, report generator, communication abilities, etc.

• The software will need to provide the following:
• Licensing for at least 7,100 beds

• Mobile configuration and application, with services for both staff and students on a mobile device

• Automated billing tools (to include student facing transaction dispute functionality)
• Appointment scheduler and self-selection for rooms
• Mail merge features
• Package tracking capabilities for received parcels
• Multi term application features
• REST API integration capable
• Data import and export features (demographic and financial, photos, etc.)
• Advanced web forms to collect data related to various housing services
• Payment service integration (Touch net)
• Concurrent portal users limit to be no less than 1,000
• Roommate matching in student facing portal
• Automation tools to trigger actions based on events
• Auto allocation for room assignments
• Proxy signature capabilities (for students under 18)
• Room inspections and inventory capabilities
• Same room renewal portal process
• Wait list management
• Email Scheduler
• Meal plan management
• Additional occupants and ESA management
