Application Tracking System

The vendor is required to provide from firms for a comprehensive, modern, and user-friendly applicant tracking system (ATS).
- The new system must manage the entire hiring process lifecycle, from position posting to separation, while ensuring seamless integration with Ellucian banner while improving key processes such as applicant tracking, employment contract management, digital signatures, compliance and policies, and other related functions that better support functional processes, decision-making, and compliance.
