The Vendor is required to provide software, professional services and professional development for an AI platform for student attendance outcomes.
- Prospective programs must be able to integrate into the Districts current SIS System: Edu Point Synergy.
- School reserves the right to explore any and all integration options.
- Platform include:
• Intervention creation/suggestion and tracking capabilities for student absences
• Supports Multi-Language families - platform must be able to communicate and interpret multiple languages including but is not limited to Navajo, Spanish and English.
• SIS Integration and Communication capability for EduPoint Synergy
• Reporting – reports to track chronic absenteeism per student with accurate detail as to why a student is absent as well as staff notes.
• Personalized AI communication through text, not a robocall.
