Asset Inventory Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide of a cloud-based asset inventory management software solution that will enable the agency to track and manage physical and digital assets.
- Considering this cloud-based solution include the following:
• The ability to manage and track all agency assets, including bar code or quick response (QR) code scanner capabilities.
• Dedicated tool that offers streamlined, user-friendly apps for laptops, tablets and/or other mobile devices that allow users to easily add, modify and/or dispose of assets.
• Include relevant notification, reporting and tracking capabilities. - System include:
• Inventory tracking capabilities: a robust system that accurately monitors the movement of each item within the inventory, from procurement to usage.
• User access controls: role based access to ensure that only authorized personnel can perform specific actions within the system, enhancing security.
• Barcode, QR code or radio frequency identification (RFID) integration: integration with these technologies simplifies data entry and accelerated inventory transactions, minimizing manual errors.
• Reporting and analytics features: advanced reporting tools help in analyzing inventory trends, optimizing stock levels, and making informed decisions.
• System scalability: the ability to accommodate increased inventory volumes as the business grows is vital to prevent outgrowing the system.
• Bulk upload: historical information and upload of multiple new assets via excel spreadsheet or other file formats.
• Reconciliation: report-capture these reports on frequency.
• Upload attachments: ability to upload pictures of assets along the life cycle.
• Export: ability to export data to excel, pdf or other formats.
• Single sign on: single sign on compatibility with Microsoft or multi-factor authentication.
• Multiple internet browser compatibility
• Additional features that would enhance the overall tool and platform.
