The vendor is required to provide to implement a centralized zoho patch management or equal solution that ensures all computers and servers within our organization are up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
• Design, procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning of the patch management solution.
• Integration with existing IT infrastructure and systems.
• Support for patching windows, mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Support for patching third-party applications (e.g., adobe, java, Mozilla).
• Centralized management console for monitoring and reporting.
• Automated patch deployment and scheduling.
• Compliance reporting and audit trails.
• Training and knowledge transfer to it staff.
• Ongoing support and maintenance.
• Project completion is expected within six months from final contract award date.
