Microsoft Power Platform Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to implement a secure, low code comprehensive digital solution for agency temporary healthcare staffing agency data registration collection, using Microsoft power platform and integrating IT with document management leveraging data verse and SharePoint, agency id (agency identity product) and active directory (single sign-on).
- Services include:
1. User registration & application submission
• Allow temporary healthcare staffing agency representatives to log into a portal and complete registration form, upload supporting documents, and review and accept basic consent before submitting their application.
2. Registration renewal & management
• Allow users to modify and resubmit existing applications, upload documents, track application status, and correct information after given feedback from department.
3. Quarterly reporting
• Allow users to submit online quarterly reporting, administration charges form, itemized invoice list, and quarterly reporting attestation form.
4. Application review & approval workflow
• Enable department to track and review applications, by implementing a first level review and second level review for compliance.
• Allow reviewers to approve, reject, or request corrections for applications.
5. Compliance monitoring
• Generate system-generated and ad-hoc reports for non-compliant registrations.
• Flag expired licenses, missing reports, and overdue payments.
6. Reports & dashboards
• Create compliance report for department monitoring.
7. Notifications & alerts
• Enable system to send users notifications and status updates.
8. Users & roles management
• Allow creation and management of temporary healthcare staffing agency information.
• Support role-based access control to restrict form interactions.
9. Login & authentication
• Client portal for temporary healthcare staffing agency users – integrate with government id
• Back-office app (model-driven and/or canvas) for internal department users – integrate with single sign-on (SSO)
10. Integration
• Integrate document management in Microsoft power platform leveraging data verse and SharePoint.
• Integrate with payment gateway to accept payments.
11. Document management
• Enable users to upload and view documents.
