Third Party Patch Management System

The Vendor is required to provide for the purchase of a third-party patch management system as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen district-wide cybersecurity.
- Provide to enhance its network infrastructure and digital learning environment to support instructional excellence, student engagement, and operational efficiency. 
- As part of this commitment, the district participates in the federal E-Rate program to upgrade and maintain eligible telecommunications and internet access services.
- Provide to implement a centralized patch management solution that enhances the district’s ability to automate and manage third-party application patching, compliance enforcement, and device configuration, while integrating with existing Microsoft configuration manager (SCCM/MECM) and/or Microsoft InTune environments.
- Solution:
• Right Click Tools Enterprise: Enables advanced device management, including compliance checks, software deployment, and privilege management.
• Endpoint Insights: Provides detailed visibility into hardware, software, and user data for comprehensive reporting and analysis across all managed endpoints.
• Application Manager: Automates the patching and deployment of over 2,000 third-party applications, managed centrally through a secure, web-based interface.
