• Maintain an open communication system within the platform to assist guests with directions, instructions, and general facility information.
• Provide parking information in an easy-to-understand format, including maps.
• Create invoices for end users when applicable.
• Support payment processing capabilities, including acceptance of credit and debit card payments from end users.
• Deliver timely and detailed monthly transaction reports to the university.
