Visitor Experience and Event Parking Management Platform

The vendor is required to provide system must facilitate event requests, parking management, and invoicing, while integrating seamlessly with existing university systems.
• Provide guests with an event request form hosted on the vendor’s platform. 
• Configure events within the vendor platform as requested by the university. 
• Share event parking links and general information with end users and visitors. 
• Provide the guests or end users with turn-by-turn information of the campus as well as RSVP emails to the registered end users. 
• Generate invoices for end users or departments requesting services.
- Platform requirements: 
• Support an open API capable of integration with systems such as Genetec and t2 flex. 
• An ability to generate a unique registration link for guests to submit vehicle license plate numbers. 
• Enable hosts on campus to disseminate the parking link to multiple guests. 
• Issue unique parking permits to end users upon registration. 
• Maintain an open communication system within the platform to assist guests with directions, instructions, and general facility information. 
• Provide parking information in an easy-to-understand format, including maps. 
• Create invoices for end users when applicable. 
• Support payment processing capabilities, including acceptance of credit and debit card payments from end users. 
• Deliver timely and detailed monthly transaction reports to the university.
