Faculty Evaluation Software Solution

The vendor is required to provide for faculty evaluation software to select and implement a faculty evaluation system for both full and part time faculty.
- Software will improve the experience of faculty who must complete professional development and evaluation cycles.
- Manual processes are being used for full time faculty.) 
- These weaknesses limits our ability to provide comprehensive feedback and hampers data-driven decision-making for improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
- The solution should offer customizable evaluation forms and workflows for various teaching formats (in-person, online, and hybrid), robust analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights, and seamless integration with our existing hr platform, cornerstone and/or our student information system software company colleague.
- The software must feature a user-friendly interface for both faculty and administrative staff and be scalable for use in small departments or institution-wide.

• Customizable forms that support different review formats/flows for different employee groups.
• Employee group membership is customizable.
• Employee group membership is available through data uploads.
• Support for a variety of review cycles (length, flow, etc.) simultaneously.
• Support for availability dates, mid process deadlines, and completion due dates.
• Configurable review process with views for employee, manager/supervisor, and additional levels of review.
• Approvers have ability to view status of reviews in the system and can sort reviews by due date, name, overdue status, etc.
• Support for automated/manual reminders via email at all stages of the review process.
• Configurable approval flows.

• Support for single sign on using Entra ID or similar compatible integration.
- System should support approximately 300 full time faculty evaluated annually as well as 2000 part time faculty, of which approximately 800 are evaluated annually.
• Flexibility to maintain evaluations for a faculty population that is unique (in that some adjuncts may teach consecutive terms while others may work on a more sporadic schedule resulting in varying counts of “active” faculty) is required. 
• Evaluations for faculty not teaching the current term need to be maintained as a result.
