The vendor is required to provide are safety data sheet (SDS) and chemical management software and library building.
- Build customer’s electronic SDS library by adding SDS documents sourced through customer-provided information.
- SDS library build services will include one submission for up to 750 documents.
- Customer will provide SDS documents using one of the following methods:
• Completing an inventory list.
• List will include product name and manufacturer name; inclusion of product code(s) if applicable.
• Supplying electronic SDS document files; with each individual SDS document provided in its own unique file.
- Chemical management software subscription pricing shall include:
• One annual chemical management software subscription(s) for the customer and up to 600 employees.
• Unlimited account administrators.
• Unlimited SDS database searches, views and additions to the eBinder (electronic system that replaces paper documents and physical binders).
• Access to eBinder and database search from the SDS and chemical management mobile application.
• Access to the desktop application, which allows administrator(s) to print SDSs, and download an electronic backup of their SDSs and basic information.
• Technical and customer support
