The Vendor is required to provide eProcurement system to track the life cycle of a procurement from conception to end for use throughout the agency.
- The eProcurement System will have the capability:
• Integrate with the following, but not limited to: other and existing systems/processes/workflows, application programming interface (APIS), and artificial intelligence (AI);
• Data conversion and validation services.
• Integrate with other systems;
• Ability to generate reports/data/statistics;
• Automated approvals with alerts and signatures;
• Template applications/automation;
• Contract database;
• Contract management; and
• Vendor database and management
• Invoicing and budget management for processing and tracking payments.
