The vendor is required to provide private market intelligence platform must meet the following functional objectives and requirements:
• Comprehensive data coverage of private companies across industries, including, as to a given company, profit and loss data, board of directors and executive officer information, companies owned or controlled by it, and firms or individuals owning, controlling, or having a significant financial interest in it.
• Detailed transaction information on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and market evaluations.
• Real-time or near real-time data updates.
• Advanced search and analytics tools to track market trends and deal activity.
• Ability to generate custom reports and to extract data for further analysis.
• User-friendly interface.
• Ability to export data to .csv, .XLS, or .xlsx files.
• Comprehensive training and user support.
- The solution must encompass any tools, licensing, and configuration needed in the use and administration of the proposed private market intelligence platform.
- Provide licensing and initial training for a total of three (3) antitrust section staff, including assistant attorneys general, paralegals and or investigators.
- The training must provide full understanding of the use of the tool.
- Provide training documentation, guides, and online resources to ensure the ago can independently use the software.
- Provide maintenance and support activities that include ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution, and updates and patches to maintain security and functionality of the private market intelligence platform over term of service.
