Curriculum and Assessment Authoring and Distribution Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a curriculum and assessment authoring and distribution platform for use with its teksbank and teksready assessment item banks, as well as for its custom assessment building services.
- The platform must facilitate the creation, manipulation, and distribution of tech-enhanced items for agency own use and distribution through learning management systems and other third party vendors to agencies within the state.
- Services include:
• Ability to create and edit assessment items
• User authentication and management
• Ability for users to login to system to search, print and download content
• Authoring workflow for management and approval of content including:
• Items
• Graphics
• Translation
• Assessments
- Ability to create multiple assessment item types including but not limited to:
• Single and multiple choice
• Constructed response
• Hot/Selectable text
• Gap match
• Inline text
• Matching
• Graphic gap match
• Graphic hotspot
• Cartesian graphing
• Number line
• Fraction model
• Ability to tag content using academic benchmark standards
• Ability for report creation including item and assessment metadata, standards, item counts, resources, etc.
• Ability to export content to at least QTI 2.1 and 2.2
• Ability to serve content in learning management systems via LTI
• Ability to import psychometric data and deliver at the point of use on items
• Ability to machine translate into multiple languages including but not limited to Spanish
• Ability to alert/notify users when translation items have been modified.
• Ability to create and manage exams and export into a single test QTI file
• Ability to alert/notify users when content is reported as inaccurate/misaligned/etc.
• Ability to create and edit course and curriculum documents
• Authoring workflow for management and approval of content for courses and curriculum.
