Digital Substation Inspection Platform

The Vendor is required to provide for a digital platform to digitize and standardize our substation inspection process, and provide actionable corrective actions with severity rankings to execute repairs in the field.
- Ability to use a contractor for the purpose of maintaining the agency high voltage transmission and substation public works assets.
- Desktop and app based management dashboard for analysis of inspection data and analytics
- App based inspection program capable of being loaded on both iOS and android devices with tablet/large format optimized screens
- Historical reporting and data housing for a minimum of 10 years
- Owner maintains ownership of the data input via the software with an easy ability to export data if another vendor was selected after the contract term ends
- Provide mapping of the substation and transmission line inspection locations
- Provide expert support for initial setup with owner provided documents and guidance, as well as ongoing support for the term of the contract for addition of stations, customized reports, etc.
- Templates should be available and provided for all major substation asset inspections (VCB, GCBS, transformers, OLTCS, DSWS, capacitor banks, protective relays, control enclosure, etc.)
- Software should have a proven track record of use at major utilities, coops, etc.
- Customizable inspections forms for use by field crews for onsite input of data
- Consistent data input methods/questions for reliable data entry and analysis
- Deficiency identification and ranking for management review
- Real time alerts to critical identified issues 
- Capable of uploading photographs and GPS pins to specific inspection reports with data housing matching the 10 year requirements
- Corrective action workflow capabilities for tracking progress to a repair.
