• Supports the full hiring process lifecycle
• Allows for real-time analytics
• Allows job posting to link to outside sources, such as LinkedIn
• Is accessible anytime, anywhere
• Includes a paperless application process
• Includes an interactive map for potential candidates
• Allows for customization of job postings
• Includes reporting and analytics
• Provides training services, including development of training materials for center staff and districts
• Provides support for software installation and configuration
• Includes on-going support and maintenance services
• Includes options for districts that choose to contract separately with the selected vendor including:
1. Online onboarding process for districts
2. Customization of onboarding forms and workflows
3. System-standard forms
4. Support for tracking of onboarding forms and tasks.
