- The system must have secure, open architecture to allow data extraction and interaction with other systems and to facilitate reporting.
- System must allow for automated data import/export from or to a Town system or a third-party vendor.
- The system must have the ability to create a text delimited data file for data integration purposes.
- The platform must be fully functional across all major operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS. Bidders must disclose any exceptions.
- It is required that the system runs natively in the Google Chrome browser without the need for any additional plugins, extensions, or client-side software.
- The system has existing functionality for dual federation Single Sign-On (SSO) for both Google and Microsoft 365.
- System Security
