The Vendor is required to provide customer relationship management software solution options and strategies that currently are available in the marketplace.
• Provides branded end user interface and administrative access for state administrators
• Supports the ability for end users to purchase products and services, such as organizational membership’s license distribution, event registrations, or access to individual courses.
• The purchasing process should be able to trigger events upon purchase such as account creation and enrollment into courses via API integrations with d2l, communicating with both external databases and sending data downstream.
• The system should manage product catalogs, pricing, and availability, and may support secure payment processing through integrated or third-party gateways.
• It should also handle purchase workflows, send automated confirmations, and track both purchase and enrollment history.
• These integrations should support standard API protocols and include secure authentication methods.
• Allows end user to manage their organizational membership including license distribution, activating and de-activating accounts and reporting for their members
• Provide logging and error handling capabilities to support monitoring and troubleshooting of these data exchanges.
• Centralizes customer data and allows for customer data tracking
• Syncs with email calendars and allows customers to book meetings and demos
• Comprehensive communications suite including:
o Ability to segment customers for customized communication plans
o Suite of design services to create engaging and visually attractive branded email communications
o Ability for users to opt out of marketing communications.
o Ability to distinguish between marketing communications and business communications (and determine when opt out is not needed).
o Detailed reporting for communications (such as click rates, open rates, etc.)
