The vendor is required to provide performance management software shall have the following functionalities:
• Ability to have an ongoing interactive performance management system whereby both employees and supervisor’s complete electronic evaluations.
• Allow for managers to create training and development goals and both employees and supervisors can track the progress of obtaining the goals in the system.
• Ability to create, update and track the progress towards completion of performance goals in the system.
• Allow managers to create improvement plans as part of performance coaching and positive discipline and track the progress of the plan in the system.
• Allow for customization, including creating custom forms, rating scales, branding and workflows to meet the city’s needs.
• Capability to set and track individual goals.
• Features to identify skill gaps and recommend learning resources.
• Options for formal and informal feedback channels
• capability for automated communications and reminder tools.
• Integrate with Laserfiche.
• User access: enable access for all employees and supervisors with the appropriate security and permissions levels.
• Data migration: assist with the migration of existing data from the current system into the new platform.
• Existing data consists of approximately 650 employee records.
• Reporting: must have flexible reporting capabilities with the ability to generate customized reports, analytics, and dashboards for tracking performance trends.
