The Vendor is required to provide police video recording systems include but are not limited to body cameras, POV cameras, and in car video cameras.
• Must work with government insurance to establish data migration process to support automatic license plate reader (ALPR).
• Must support live-streaming capabilities directly to command staff or dispatch when activated.
• Must include wireless microphones for capturing in-car audio or syncing with body cameras.
• The system must offer both long-term evolution (LTE) cellular connectivity and wireless fidelity (WIFI) for video offload and LTE for livestreaming and real-time alerts.
• Ability to integrate with computer aided dispatch and records management system for tagging and evidence linking.
• Hardware installation services for the camera system.

• Ability to take recorded statements through smart phone or body camera, and save and secure photos or information from acquired from citizens or partners.
- The estimated five (5) year budget of the Taser 7 is $480,000 for 66 officers and the estimated five (5) year budget of in-car video recording system, including the Dems is $750,000.
