The vendor is required to provide electronic ticket purchasing system for all equipment, software, licenses and supplies necessary to operate a fully automated onsite system.
- Ticketing
• Provide multiple web pages to facilitate ticket transactions in a private label web environment.
• Ability to insert client provided artwork, logos and links.
• Allow for at-home ticket printing for customers.
• Allow for at-home ticket redemption via mobile hand-held ticket scanning and scanners at venue
• Ability to print images or logos on tickets.
• Allow for mobile phone and social media integration.
• Allow the center to facilitate ticket sales for single, group, season, and subscription for walk up customers.
• Allow the center to enter into agreements with selected promoters for special engagement events, for promoter to conduct their sales.
• Provide the ability to sell multiple price points for the same event.
• Provide a secure shopping cart that can provide the customers the ability to purchase multiple events in one single sales transaction.
• Provide customers with both a detailed printable and an emailed receipt of payments to include name, shipping and delivery information, transaction number, and total cost.
• Provide the center with detailed and summary reports to include, but not limited to, event audits; customer orders per event, mailing list including email addresses captured; lost tickets; will call and payment and order histories.
• Provide all equipment, software, scanners and supplies necessary to operate a fully automated onsite computerized ticketing system to be used to sell tickets in advance and day of for events held at center and any future facilities operated by or in conjunction with the center.
• Allow onsite acceptance and processing of all methods of payment through the system including, but not limited to checks, cash and all major credit cards.
• Provide additional licenses or web-based applications for 4 computers; (3) located in the center business center and (1) for the assistant general manager of business to run real time reports to include but not limited to: detailed ticket audits, daily sales report and ticket inventory remotely from the system. all reporting should have the ability to be exported to a microsoft excel, microsoft word and a pdf file.
• Maintain system on a continuous 24-hour schedule with limited necessary operation interruptions.
• This is to include the ability to conduct full scope ticket sales past 1:00 am.
• Provide day of show, remote software support 24 hours/day, 7days/week.
• Provide a timely response to ticketing information
o 2 business days for programming new events
o 24 hours to correct existing events.
- Credit card and center client privacy:
• Building and maintaining a secure network
• Protecting cardholder data
• Maintaining a vulnerability management program
• Implementing strong access control measures
• Regular monitoring and testing of all networks
• Maintaining an information security policy
• Offeror must be deemed an authorized payment processor and trusted vendor.
