Site Selection Software

The Vendor is required to provide to create a site-selection tool that will input, store, update and display geospatial data.
- This eye-catching elegant site shall be equally user friendly to international business owners, site-selection consultants, real estate brokers, and economic development professionals.
- This portal needs to be functional across pc, mac, android, and i-Phone. 
- The tool should allow companies to access sites and facilitate streamlined responses to requests for information about sites from these entities. 
- State is working hard and making big strides towards preparing for the future of industrial development.
- Required features:
•    Geo-centric. User must be able to scroll, navigate, and mouse-over/click on features to display information.
•    GIS-integrated. User must be able to upload GIS shapefiles, such as:
o    Parcel boundaries (polygon)
o    Key features and points of interest (point)
o    Utility alignments (line).
•    Export data. User must be able to export GIS shapefiles, .pdf, and .KMZ file formats.
•    Enterprise license. Multiple, assignable credentials to distribute to organizations staff, regional organizations and municipal planning & economic development departments.
•    Sharable. Should easily be able to build, customize, and generate a link containing site profile reports. For example, user should be able to generate responses to requests for information (RFIS) on-demand.
•    Aesthetically pleasing interface. 
•    Organizations endeavors to distinguish agency among other state economic development websites. 
•    Integration of agency proprietary branding styles (colors, fonts, logos, etc.). 
•    Key aesthetic requirements may include: 
o    Simple, clean navigation interface primarily displaying site locations.
o    Reduced clutter. For example, it is not necessary to display demographic or community data on the front-end.
o    Mobile-friendly font-size.
o    Limited menu items. Menu items should be limited to key functionality. It is not necessary to display a full list of menu items on the main interface.
o    Customized organizations colors, fonts, and place markers.
•    Mobile-friendly. Must be able to easily navigate mapping and menu items on mobile devices.
•    Back-end management and support. Intuitive and accessible interface; responsive customer support.
- Bonus features:
•    Auto-generate property profile sheet(s) for print or web viewing using a standard template which includes site intelligence data, mapping (utility, boundary, natural features, etc.,), and agency branding styles.
•    Unlimited Log-ins.
