The vendor is required to provide constituent relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of university advancement.
- The envisioned CRM platform will support and enhance the full lifecycle of alumni and donor engagement, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and relationship management.
- It will enable integrated management of interactions across multiple channels—events, direct mail, digital campaigns, and personal outreach—while supporting strategic initiatives such as annual giving, major and planned gifts, alumni engagement, and volunteer coordination.
- The project shall encompass all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration from legacy platforms, integration with related campus systems, comprehensive testing, user training, go-live execution, and post-implementation support.
