The Vendor is required to provide to procure a cloud-based content management system.
- Product will include:
•    A fully hosted cloud-based content management system (CMS).
•    Web-based access to the CMS.
o    Content creation and publishing workflows
o    Page templating and design tools
o    Media library for file and image management
o    Form builder and integration tools
•    Annual support, which plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing this service.
•    Annual support should include:
o    System updates and patches
o    Daily backups
o    Compliance with data protection standards
o    24/7 monitoring and incident response
•    Support for single sign-on (SSO) and lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP)/active directory (AD) integration
•    High availability and uptime guarantees.
