Information Security Management Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to help organizations, of any size or any industry, to protect their information in a systematic and cost-effective way through the adoption of an information security management system (“ISMS”).
- As part of the overall ISO management system deployment, operation, and certification strategic initiative, a vendor-maintained subscription-based SaaS solution is needed to:
•    Guide the remaining deployment with templates, examples, and supporting tools/capabilities.
•    Provide automation of ISMS processes, workflow management, and reporting and dashboard generation.
•    Automatically support versioning for all ISMS document artefacts.
•    Support internal audit and performance management functions, including acting as an evidence repository for a certification auditor.
- Provide a SaaS Cloud-Based ISMS Platform:
•    Ensuing continuity of data collected from the current platform to the successful solution.
•    Managing high-level ISMS asset inventory.
•    Automated risk assessment and generation of the Statement of Applicability.
•    Workflow support, including automation of workflows within the solution.
•    Generate reports for internal audit, performance measurement, and risk management purposes.
•    Support integration with Microsoft 365 OneDrive and SharePoint.
•    Support third-party auditors with read-only access to ISMS artefacts.
