Municipal Election Hybrid Voting Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide regarding comprehensive voting technology solutions and associated election services for the 2026 Municipal Election.
- Experience in supplying, implementing, and integrating voting systems—such as internet voting and/or optical scan vote tabulators—that can interface with data fix’s VoterView system for voter’s list management.
- Explore secure, accessible, and user-friendly voting options that ensure accurate and timely reporting of election results.
- The voting technology will be used by registered electors to cast ballots for municipal council, school board, and regional chair candidates during both the advance voting period and on Election Day.
- Vendors capable coordinating the design of the online ballot and the user interface for the internet voting system.
- The notification included information for advanced voting and voting day locations as well as information and credentials required for online voting.
- A comprehensive, turnkey solution that includes all required components, either through a lease or service-based model. 
- The solution must include optical scan tabulators with associated functionality, including but not limited to:
• Provisioning and servicing of tabulator devices
• Training for election staff
• Ongoing technical support throughout the election period.
- This included ensuring the generation of the appropriate ballot face in the online voting system based on the individual voter’s ward and school board support as identified in the voters’ list, and to enable real0time updates to the voters’ list, including instant generation (and re-generation where required) of a unique online voting credential (pin) for each eligible voter on the town’s voters’ list, and the automatic “strike-off” (mark as voted) of those voters who voted in-person and online to prevent voters from voting more than once.
- This software provides election officials the ability to electronically “strike-off” electors from the list once they have voted.
- These changes are managed in real time, at all voting locations on advanced and regular voting days.
