1. Audit or monitoring case management component
• Appropriate and intuitive process flow for each stage of the monitoring, review or audit project, such as planning, field testing, reporting and issue tracking.
• Ability to link risks and issues across monitoring projects and across the risk management component.
• Ability to aggregate risks by program, entities or processes.
• Automate document requests from auditees or stakeholders.
• Reporting and dashboards with real-time status, timekeeping and progress reporting capabilities
• Smooth integration with microsoft word, excel, sharepoint, onedrive, adobe, and the possibility of integration with other office suite of applications and platforms.
2. Risk management component
• Ability to assess, manage, and document operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Risk registers and inventory with the ability to rank the risks, set likelihood, impact and the ability to assign risk owners.
• Ability to coordinate responses on how risks should be mitigated.
• Facilitate real time reporting, ability to display a portfolio view of risks and risk matrices.
• Process flow that allows for remediation of findings with the risk owners, including with outside stakeholders.
