- The following functions are required: employee self-service, position management, hiring and onboarding, reporting and training.
1. Below are key requirements that must be met:
• Cloud based
• Enterprise cloud oversight service (ECOS) compliant
• Department must retain ownership of data and state retention policies must be met
2. The solution should also:
• Be configurable and able to support regulatory requirements or critical business needs
• Align user experiences with department HR expectations to drive a positive reputation for the agency and commonwealth
• Easily adaptable to the needs of the agency workforce
• Focus on continuous improvement and allow the agency to imagine new possibilities and capabilities for HR services delivery
• Empower employees to perform job activities via self-service solutions and a single destination employee portal
• Enable accurate data conversion and integration of workforce data across agency systems
• Protect and secure agency data.
