The Vendor is required to provide for a 100% web-based student case management and student conduct management software as a service (SaaS) that will be accessible to staff anytime from anywhere.
- The software must include tools to manage title ix, EEO, and bullying and harassment investigations from start to finish; as well as conduct records, academic integrity, and case management.
- It must be capable of online incident reporting, production of letters to students and parents, production of detailed reports on demand; and should allow our office to become virtually paperless.
- The service should have the ability to provide detailed demographic and or relevant student information data within its operations and reporting functions in a secure manner within all requirements and responsibilities of FERPA, HIPAA and other state and federal laws relevant to student services.
- Solution Include:
β’ Includes unlimited access for all users, unlimited storage capacity for cases and files, unlimited and ongoing support, and migration of existing records from Google Sheets
β’ Includes any integrations with student information systems (SIS) and employee information systems (EIS) as necessary to the operation of the service;
β’ Includes tools to manage Title IX, EEO, and Bullying and Harassment investigations from start to finish;
β’ Manage conduct records, academic integrity, and case management.
β’ Capable of online incident reporting, production of letters to students and parents, production of detailed reports on demand
β’ Migration of existing conduct management and related electronic records into the SAAS
β’ Cloud software as a service with single sign on (SSO) preferably based on district identity management
β’ Multifactor security for all access to such systems
β’ On-site Training and support options for each contract year.
