Accessibility Software Training Services

The vendor is required to provide as needed accessibility software training services for the department.
- Provide all materials/products and administer all training services per accepted industry standards.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the software features in order to assist and train the end user on configuring the software to meet their needs.
- Must have the ability to provide remote training and in person training per enrolled employee.
- Must have the ability to provide remote training through methods such as zoom or Microsoft teams.
- Provide software training services to ensure department employees who use assistive technology have proper training on software programs such as, or equal to, jaws and dragon naturally speaking used to perform their job duties.
- The services shall be provided Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m., excluding state holidays listed in the attached state holiday schedule.
