• Provide day-to-day application support to business applications, off-the-shelf, custom, thick client, web, and mobile applications.
• This position will collaborate and coordinate internal and external technical and non-technical resources to deliver support and project tasks.
• This position also supports and improves business processes, application use, and the development of performance metrics.
• Timely resolution of user requests and technology issues.
• Training of employees on application use, functionality, data quality and reporting and help them resolve application issues.

- Senior data warehouse analyst
• Ability to combine traditional data warehousing, data analysis, reporting and online analytical processing (OLAP) implementations with operational and analytical systems.
• To include devising methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
• Services include real-time data warehousing, enterprise public and internal facing portals, master data management, executive dashboard implementations and ad-hoc solutions.
• Build real time integrations solutions from third-party solutions e.g., salesforce.com.
• To include creating business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets or outputs.
• Development of ETL (extract, transform and load) programs using the informatica tool suite (PowerCenter and power exchange).
• Develop and deploy data quality (DQ) platforms leveraging quality and profiler components.
• Define metadata management strategy and its implementation using Informatica’s metadata manager.
• Define and integrate client specific ETL best practices.
• Leverage, modify and customize ETL architecture components in developing client integration solutions.
• Train and mentor client resources on all ETL technology components.
• Ability to perform other senior data analyst functions that may or may not be related to data warehouse:
o Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, market or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
o Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
o Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
o Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
- Systems architect
• The systems architect defines solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Establishes application architecture at the system component and service level.
