The vendor is required to provide for a fully hosted student success information system specifically geared toward medical schools and health sciences education programs to support the secure integration, centralization, and enhancement of student performance data for longitudinal review and student support at the university.
- General:
• Ability to securely integrate and aggregate data from multiple sources
• User-friendly student and administrator dashboards.
• Ability to monitor individual student progress toward course and program completion and ability to compare student performance relative to cohort performance in a visually appealing format.
• Ability to create custom data tags for filtering and disaggregated reporting (e.g., core course and electives, student cohorts, pathway programs, remediated vs. first attempt scores, PCAT [primary care accelerated track] students).
• Ability to easily maintain and view student information, e.g., current enrollment and leave status, student representative, good standing, projected graduation year, repeated years, etc.
• Ability to align individual assessments to program objectives.
• Ability to capture qualitative feedback on assignments, courses, milestones or program objectives.
• Ability to set school-determined performance thresholds and alert certain roles if criteria are met by students
• Ability to leave secure roles-based notes on students that can be made viewable by students as needed
• Ability to collect, and for users to easily review, data on reported student concerns, e.g., attendance or professionalism violations or personal or academic incidents.
• Ability to securely upload documents and information and set roles-based access to student portfolio.
• Ability to send student communications, including custom, individual emails, and templated emails based on school-determined performance thresholds and custom data tags
• Ability to comply with all requirements of the university
• Standard report creation at no additional cost
• Provide stable and consistent performance during peak times.

• Single sign-on (SSO) integration using CAS (saml2) or azure ad.
• Robust role-based least privilege access without requiring multiple logins.
• Flexible access control model to meet business needs.
• Web interface compatibility with major browsers (chrome, Firefox, safari, edge, i.e.).
• Secure and scalable API and direct database access options to support integration with external systems, reporting tools, and automation workflows.
o Access governed by authentication and authorization controls consistent with enterprise security policies.
o Support for read-only and read-write modes, with configurable access scopes and audit logging.
