Enterprise Integration Platform

The Vendor is required to provide an enterprise integration platform that can support long-term scalability, cost-effective operations, and modern integration requirements in a higher education environment. 
- Solutions that improve interoperability across systems, streamline data operations, and offer enterprise-grade monitoring, flexibility, and support.
- Cost Transparency and Long-Term Planning. 
•    University is evaluating platforms with clear, modular pricing structures that enable predictable budgeting and phased adoption. 
•    The solution should support cost-conscious growth as integration needs to evolve over time.
- ERP Integration: 
•    PeopleSoft and Oracle E-Business Suite.
•    Integration with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Student), PeopleSoft Human Resources, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is required. 
•    The platform must handle high-volume replication feeds to a data warehouse, supporting large row counts, complex metadata, and data transformation.
- Migration Support and Flexibility. 
•    Provide options for migration planning, tooling, and support, including assistance in transitioning from an existing integration platform. 
•    We are interested in flexible implementation models (phased rollout, hybrid deployment, etc.) and request estimated timelines and associated costs for implementation and onboarding.
- Monitoring, Optimization and Error Recovery.
•    File monitoring for inbound/outbound processes
•    Real-time job visibility and alerting
•    Robust error handling, diagnostics, and support for automated and manual job reruns
•    Runtime tuning capabilities to increase throughput and reduce processing time
•    Reusable mapping and coding for efficient and timely development operations
- High-Volume Replication and Job Performance Tuning: 
•    The integration platform should support efficient, high-throughput data replication with built-in performance tuning capabilities to handle large volumes of records.
•    This includes support for parallel processing, incremental loads, and optimization tools to ensure reliable performance during peak loads.
- Identity and Account Lifecycle Integration: 
•    Support is required for account provisioning and DE provisioning, especially based on account activity status. 
•    Integration with institutional Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is critical for automation and security compliance.
- Cloud ERP Readiness: 
•    Identify cloud-based ERP systems your platform integrates with (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, and Banner) and highlight any official partnerships, certifications, or higher education references.
