Real Time Moving Violation Monitoring System

The vendor is required to provide real time moving violation monitoring of driving records specifically related to citations, arrests, convictions, drivers’ licenses and dot medical certification status. 
- The system shall include the following:
•    Information technology compatibility with agency system(s)
•    Flat file transferring of employee information
•    Mobile friendly application for onboarding driver’s reports checks – baseline reporting
•    Real time continuous license monitoring
•    Dot medical certification card compliance
•    Reports and queries
- Requirements
1. Information technology capability with agency systems 
•    Proven turnkey technology to monitor employee driving records, license status, dot medical certification status compatible with agency information technology system preferably using the flat file upload system to update information daily or weekly.
2. Regulatory requirements for federal transportation administration (FTA) and or federal motor carriers’ safety administration (FMCSA) compliance 
•    Evidence of practical instructions or guide to initiate system into the agency safety compliance environment. 
•    Results of at least two (2) previous federal transportation administration drug and alcohol program audits or FMCSA audits. 
•    Two (2) organizational references regarding use of the real time monitoring systems for large environments.
3. Program processes and procedures 
•    System capabilities to include reporting, data queries, program administrative staff ability to activate or inactivate pool members. 
•    Comprehensive file management capabilities.
4. Installation and training 
•    Provide at least 14 business days of training immediately upon installation or account access.
5. Account service and program assistance 
•    Outline methods for account assistance with technical issues and troubleshooting. 
•    Account manager or customer service account assistance Monday – Friday with service availability on central standard time (CST).
