The Vendor is required to provide to migrate all school enterprise resource planning (ERP) modules from on-premises oracle ebusiness suites (EBS) to a new latest and greatest, comprehensive, integrated Cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) ERP Solutions.
- On industry’s best practices and, more importantly, drawing from the offeror’s prior and similar implementation experiences, the selected vendor will provide all the “brick-by brick” implementation support, including extensive analyzing of the existing system, i.e., discovery session, planning, designing, configuring, building, testing, deploying; provide and address all reporting needs; go-live ultra-hyper care support of the new solution, as well as providing organizational change management, training, governance, and project management services while providing exceptional documentation throughout the entire process from the first day of the start of the project.
- A production instance in the new ERP SaaS Cloud Solution that can do all the functions, tasks, and transactions that the on-premises EBS does today while also introducing more functionality, features and enhance technological capabilities to enhance the user's experience.
