Mobile Surveillance Platform

The vendor is required to provide mobile surveillance platform to video surveillance capabilities which will increase efficiency by reducing the number of task force agents needed to perform physical surveillance.
- Solution requirements
•    Five-camera system that covers views from the front, driver side, passenger side, and rear of the vehicle, along with one camera on the top of the vehicle that is concealed in a manner consistent with a delivery or work style van (rack, PVC, or other method). 
•    All five cameras must be pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras. 
•    The cameras must be concealed from the view of the public.
o    Windows on the van can be tinted if needed.
•    The front, rear, and side facing cameras must be contained within the vehicle and on moveable (swivel or pivot) arms.
•    The camera system must be able to transmit the video via cellular signal to be viewed remotely from offsite locations.
•    Must be compatible with the internet video and imaging (IVI), view commander IP camera software.
•    Must be able to function for a minimum of 7-days (168 hours).
•    Must be able to charge to full capacity in 1-day (24 hours). 
•    Minimum camera specs:
o    20x optical zoom,
o    2 megapixel and
o    1920x1080 full HD.
