Investigative Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide investigative software solution.
- System Requirements
•    System must be hosted in the cloud by the vendor allowing access to users in real-time both in the office and in the field using mobile devices.
•    Software provides individual login accounts for each user and is capable single sign on active directory integration for user authentication.
•    Provide software enhancements and updates free of charge whenever released.
•    Ability to searches, which may include but are not limited to, names, partial names, vehicles, registration plates, vin numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, social media, operator’s license, date of birth, social security numbers, addresses, etc. 
•    Partial and/or combination type searches.
•    Software must be able to keep and track search history per user.
•    Software does not require client-side installation, browser plugins (e.g. Silverlight, ActiveX), or changes to local workstation security.
•    The ability to immediately run and print reports without upon onboarding
•    Ability to guard against hacking and improper access or dissemination.
•    Generate monthly usage and financial report with cost analysis.
•    Customizable reports, discrepancy flagging, and insightful analytics.
•    Robust data security measures (encryption, secure storage), data access control, consent management, and data retention policies.
•    The software should be scalable to handle high volumes of checks when necessary.
•    Access control that limits access to sensitive data to authorized personnel based on job roles.
