Court Recording System

The vendor is required to provide court recording system to the appellate and circuit courts currently use a disparate and self-managed set of digital recording systems.
- Features and functionality
•    Solution contains a control panel and software that allows control of what microphones and speakers are enabled as well as turning on white noise
•    Solution record locally and in the cloud simultaneously for redundancy
•    Solution provides an offline mode that may be used during unexpected network outages and for a continuity of operations event
•    Solution has mobile recording units
•    Solution include conversion (i.e., import of a raw recording) of prior audio platform
•    Solution replay audio on demand
•    Solution provides tie-in and inputs from other audio visual (av) systems
•    Solution tie-in to remote av platforms (e.g., phone, zoom, microsoft teams, etc.) with the ability to import a remote recording
•    Solution allows manual tagging court reporters
•    Solution integrates with Tyler technology’s enterprise justice and odyssey platform for tagging
•    Solution allow API calls to integrate with other systems
•    Solution output to hearing impairment support hardware
•    Solution provide AI speech to text transcription
•    Solution export for outside third-party transcription
•    Solution provides a post-recording redaction functionality or shield a section of the recording for public release
•    Solution provides for an interface or an integration for public requests of recordings.
