The vendor is required to provide microsimulation modeling support.
- Support for future sr-91 implementation plan updates is anticipated to include updates to previous technical analysis, summaries, graphics creation, and write-ups.
- Support for the sr-91 implementation plan updates involves updating the existing transmodeler models and developing future year scenario models in the transmodeler platform.
- Support for both the sr-91 and i-405 models may include validating/calibrating the model to newer versions of the caliper transmodeler software, developing new tools for the model, summarizing additional metrics or outputs, or visualizations of model results.
- Obtain big data information to determine traffic conditions in the corridor, adjust origin-destination inputs, evaluate existing travel patterns, and refine travel demand and microsimulation models
- Tasks or analysis that may include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze and document effects of Covid-19 pandemic in the corridor
• Assist in reviewing other microsimulation models, traffic operation reports, and traffic analysis studies
• Integrate tolling/dynamic tolling assignment in the TransModeler scenarios
• Developing and evaluating models for Transit Signal Priority projects, including bus operations
• Developing and evaluating pedestrian and bicycle models.
