2. Comprehensive communications: 
•    CRM-style communication capabilities including directed drip-flows and segmentation for multiple populations and purposes.
3. One-stop toolkit: 
•    High-demand job data, event calendars, application tools, and connections to mentors, tools for job counselors and career navigators, employers can search and match with future employees, internship matching, self-service job matching
4. Statewide system: 
•    Integration across systems and other educational and workforce institutions
5. Advisement culture builder: 
•    Tools and training for educators and workforce professionals to support modern advisement practices
6. Workforce alignment engine: 
•    Credentials and pathways tied to state high demand career list and other workforce-related programs, services, and entities.
