The Vendor is required to provide financial management software system services to the town.
- Provide a web-based software solution to address our current requirements and that is scalable for future growth the Town will experience.

o    Accounts Payable
o    Budget
o    Requisitions/Purchase Orders
o    Accounts Payable
•    Revenue Applications:
o    Accounts Receivable
o    Property Tax Billing
o    Excise Tax Billing
o    Misc. Cash Receipts
•    Easy export of all data for analysis.
•    Browser based solution (cloud based)
•    Real time posting for all financial transactions 
•    A redesigned chart of accounts for the new system.
•    Services to include training, data conversion from current software Soft right, and project management.
•    Enhanced data security and data back-up and recovery.
