The Vendor is required to provide to support the technology and student information (TSI) branch and state schools, with sis (student information system) support and specific training focused on the following topics: TRAX (transcripts and exams), scheduling, master timetable building, student support services modules.
- The services required could all be completed remotely; on-site service in state is not required.
- Some core features include student demographics, attendance, grades, special education learning plans, credit tracking, scheduling, etc.
- Support would be provided so school-based staff (including teachers, administrators, school office staff, learning assistance teachers)
- Support may be provided in several ways, including: via email, a telephone conversation, a MS Teams video chat, by providing screenshots in documentation, or a short how-to video, etc.
- The expectation is that the contractor would be available during regular business hours 8:00 am-4:30 pm state time on weekdays to respond to support requests.
- Video training programs, customized for district and school practices.
- On-demand phone, virtual meetings, email, or ticket support for technology support staff with response time of <48hrs.
- Develop training documentation, videos, and support materials in advance of workshops.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
