Occupational Health and Safety Software

The vendor is required to provide occupational health and safety software shall include compatibility with the following:
•    Windows 11 operating system,
- The software must have the ability to:
•    Compile (create pdf reports) track injury and illness incidents and data.
•    Track and maintain a comprehensive list of safety data sheets (SDS).
•    Conduct, track, and report employee training.
•    Online training related to various occupational health and safety and human resources topics.
•    Track and compile occupational safety and health administration records and logs to include but not limited to osha 300, 300a, and 301 forms.
- Provide implementation services for the proposed software. district staff are available to assist with software installation and minor data entry, but the bulk of the implementation work shall be provided by the vendor.
