Pavement Assessment Software

The vendor is required to provide pavement assessment software and related professional services, including, but not limited to, technical support and maintenance services.
- Provide all-encompassing software that shall aid the city in pavement assessment. 
- A software interface that includes map-based displays, images for both pavement and right-of-way assets, and planning and job tracking functionality.
- Must be able to process roadway data to generate ASTM d6433 PCI scores and inventories and condition assessments for right-of-way assets, including sidewalks, road signs, pavement striping, and pavement markings.
- Provide analysis that indicates the data collected by ward and district boundaries within the city.
- Provide professional maintenance and support services for their software and services on an as-needed, continuous, and uninterrupted basis, twenty-four hours per day and seven days per week.
