Enforcement Management System

The vendor is required to provide enforcement management system must integrate with the city’s parking meters, payment applications and court case management system (curia judicial case management system) and provide the following:
•    Data platform for citations, both past and future; past data available in .csv format
•    Handheld mobile enforcement equipment including printers and related supplies
•    Enforcement management analytics
•    Citation payment portal, as needed
•    Residential permit program preferred, as needed
•    Interfaces with relevant systems including, but not limited to, booting vendors
•    Other functions to support the development of an efficient and effective parking management program.
